"Initially, elections can happen as often as monthly while the community grows rapidly. If members are required to pay 10 EOS every time there's an election, this can become prohibitively expensive for some. So we propose:

• Annual Membership Dues: 10 EOS (paid to become a member and on your anniversary thereafter)
• Per Election Fee: This can be lowered to something like 2 EOS. (This can be easily justified when you consider that you're getting 15 minutes of 3 other people's time, at least.)
