Eden Election Timeline

• Gather the community
• Kick off the event
• Common room will remain open to support anyone having technical issues as well as being a place to gather between/after rounds.

First Round starts

• Begins at 13:00 UTC (9:00AM US/EDT) sharp
• Log into the the Eden portal to join your election group.
• There will be a 10 minute countdown to each Election Round.
• You’ll then have 40 minutes in the Zoom meeting with your group to select a delegate.
• There will then be 10 minutes at the end of the round, where you can upload your meeting recording and rejoin the Common Room.

If you were voted as a delegate in Round 1,

• The process will repeat for Round 2
• 10 minutes to start of Round 2
• 40 minutes in Round 2 to come to consensus on a delegate
• 10 minutes at the end of the round to finish casting votes, upload videos and join the Common Room

If you were not voted as a delegate in Round 1,

• You have no further formal participation in the election
• You can join the Common Room and listen in between successive rounds, watch the portal for results, or just wait for the election to complete
